We have an exciting opportunity for a can-do person to join our booking and dispatch team.

THE ROLE
As a Dispatch Support team member, your focus will be answering calls, dispatching jobs and monitoring the fleet. Your responsibilities may include:

• Dispatching jobs through our dispatch system and ensuring bookings are covered

• Supporting and keeping in touch with drivers & fostering a good working relationship

• Various admin tasks

• Recognising opportunities for improvement and helping with projects

• This is a casual role based at our head office in Tullamarine, with flexible shifts available.

YOU
We’re looking for someone who:

• Is adaptable, proactive, and gets things done

• Has experience with fleets and/or dispatch, or is eager to learn

• Stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems

• Communicates confidently and professionally

• Has experience in customer service and coordination

• Experience in the taxi or transport industry is a bonus, but not essential.
