Happy New Year!!
We are excited to spotlight two of our incredible team members and highlight important safety issues.
Whether you’re behind the wheel or supporting operations behind the scenes, your contributions are what make Crown Cabs a trusted and respected name in the industry.
Thank you for your continued commitment and hard work.
Boot Safety
It is the driver's responsibility to open and close the boot and to put items in and out of the boot. To prevent injuries, do not allow passengers to touch the boot lid or put items in and out of the boot.
If a passenger attempts to open the boot, politely let them know you’ll take care of it.
A boot lid needs to be fully open before placing items in and out. If your boot does not stay up safely please let Shoaib know and bring your vehicle to the depot for assessment and repair.
If a passenger lifts the boot lid themselves and does not fully open it, there is a risk that the boot lid may fall closed and cause an injury.
Ensure Bookings Go Through Dispatcher
Where possible, do not ask passengers to contact you directly. Customers must make their bookings through the dispatch team. This helps ensure your safety and good service.
Do NOT distribute personal business cards to passengers. All bookings and communications must go through 1300 12 13 14.
This helps maintain consistency and a quality service for all our passengers.
