What happens when you apply?
1. We review your application — our team checks your details and documents within 2 business days
2. We contact you — a team member will reach out by phone to confirm an install date
3. Sign your DRVN Pay agreement — you’ll receive your DRVN Pay Terminal Agreement to review and sign before installation
4. Pay your security bond — a refundable bond of AUD $350 is required for the terminal. If renting a camera, an additional security deposit applies — $500 for a Taxi Set or $650 for a Maxi Set
5. Installation & setup — visit our office at Tullamarine where we’ll install your DRVN Pay terminal and camera (if applicable) and you’ll be ready to go.
